These Terms govern your use of Golf Tee Time Alerts (“the Service”), available at https://golf.isaacmarks.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Program Name and Description

Program name: Golf Tee Time Alerts

The Service notifies invited users by SMS and/or email when tee times matching their saved criteria become available on supported third-party golf course booking platforms. The Service does not book tee times on your behalf — it provides a deep link to the underlying booking platform where you complete the booking yourself.

The Service is private, invite-only, and not commercially marketed.

Eligibility

Use of the Service requires an invitation from the operator (Isaac Marks). Self-signup is not available. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

SMS Program Details

By providing your phone number and explicitly checking the SMS consent box during onboarding, you agree to receive recurring SMS notifications about tee time availability matching your saved alert criteria.

• Message frequency: Varies — depends entirely on the alert criteria you configure. You may receive zero messages on some days, and up to 10 messages per hour on days when your criteria match many available tee times.
• Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan.
• Reply HELP for help.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After STOP, no further SMS will be sent. You can resume by changing your notification preferences in the application or by replying START.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported US carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most others. Standard 10DLC messaging rules apply.

Email Program Details

If you select email as a notification channel, you will receive email notifications under the same matching rules. You may unsubscribe from email at any time by updating your preferences on the /profile page.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share your sign-in credentials or invitation with anyone
• Not attempt to circumvent the invite-only access controls
• Not use the Service to scrape, automate, or otherwise interfere with the third-party booking platforms beyond their own terms of use

Third-Party Booking Platforms

The Service links you to third-party booking platforms (including but not limited to Member Sports, EZLinks, Club Prophet, and Chronogolf). The Service does not control these platforms. Bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and platform availability are governed entirely by the third-party platform’s own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tee time availability information is best-effort and may be stale, incomplete, or incorrect at the moment you click through to book. The Service makes no guarantee that any specific tee time will be available, bookable, or held for you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: missed tee times, denied bookings, scheduling conflicts, travel costs, or any other loss.

Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting the operator at the address below.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
